You agree to provide honest and respectful feedback. Any attempt to manipulate survey results through automated bots, multiple accounts, or fraudulent means is strictly prohibited and may result in a permanent ban.

3. Moderation & Content

All surveys and comments are subject to moderation. We reserve the right to remove content that is offensive, misleading, or violates our civic integrity standards to maintain a safe and productive community.

4. Platform Ownership

Civic Pulse owns the platform infrastructure and aggregated data visualizations. Individual survey creators retain ownership of their specific questions, provided they grant Civic Pulse a license to publish and analyze the responses.

5. Limitation of Liability

Civic Pulse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for decisions made based on survey data provided by third-party creators on this platform.
